The series was primarily filmed across various locations in Wales, with scenes shot on location in Cardiff, Newport and the Rhossili coastline on the Gower Peninsula
The grand manor house seen in the series – referred to as “Maybury Court” (Fran’s house) – is actually Whitson Court, located just outside Newport, near the village of Goldcliff by the River Severn.
