Permut: AI Agents for customer listening and feedback collection

I’ve always struggled to collect feedback without making it feel like I’m bothering the customer. This actually looks like something I’d use because it fits into channels people already respond to. I usually lean on post-interaction surveys, but those don’t give me context. Something more ongoing and casual like this feels way more useful. I’m curious how well it handles open-ended replies and if there’s any filtering before insights get logged. Definitely planning to test it out.
