Chloe thinks she’s landed a dream photo shoot in Milan, Italy, but quickly finds out she’s wrong when she’s drugged and kidnapped by a man who claims to work for a shadowy crime syndicate.

With her life on the line, she miraculously manages to escape, but she’s met with looming suspicion upon returning home. Subsequently, she becomes the target of a relentless media storm accusing her of faking her own kidnapping for fame.

Kidnapped: The Chloe Ayling Story is currently airing on AMC+, with new episodes dropping every Thursday until September 25.

After reporting a fellow officer for assaulting a suspect, by-the-book police sergeant Grace (Anjli Mohindra, The Lazarus Project) is reassigned to a “punishment posting” on an isolated island. However, what begins as a punishment quickly turns into something far more sinister.

When Grace re-opens the cold case of a teenage boy who vanished without a trace one year prior, his remains mysteriously surface in a place no one expected. The deeper she digs, the faster the island’s eerie religious past begins to unravel, as do whispers of a secretive religious sect founded by an enigmatic leader with strange rituals and a string of unexplained deaths.

The Red King premieres September 25, 2025, with new episodes dropping weekly through October 23.

House On Eden

Another Shudder Original, House on Eden is a great choice for fans of the paranormal.

When paranormal investigators Kris, Celina, and their videographer Jay (Nobody Gets Out Alive‘s Hason-Christopher Myers) set out on their latest case, they expect the usual scares. However, after mysteriously being re-routed to an abandoned house deep in the woods, the crew find themselves facing a force unlike anything they’ve ever encountered.

As darkness falls and the night spirals into chaos, missing crew members and eerie phenomena hint at an ancient, malevolent presence watching their every move. What’s cool about Shudder horror flicks is that they expose you to the whole gamut of good and bad. In House on Eden, current social media sensations Kris Collins and Celina Myers star as themselves, so you know it’s going to be good.

House on Eden premieres September 26, 2025, on AMC+.

2

Guts & Glory (Season One)

Episodic still from Shudder's Guts & Glory series. AMC Networks

From award-winning special effects artist and executive producer Greg Nicotero, of The Walking Dead and Creepshow, comes an unscripted Shudder Original reality show like you’ve never seen. The showrunner and host himself describes the show as if Survivor and The Blair Witch Project had a baby. Plus, it’s unscripted, so expect authentic reactions and emotions from the contestants.

Guts & Glory flips the traditional competition show script upside down and thrusts players into an immersive horror experience full of unexpected challenges. The new series blends the intensity of a horror film with the pressure of a survival game where contestants are confronted with their fears in various scenarios. Players must survive the night or be eliminated in ways they never saw coming.

The two-episode premiere of Guts & Glory airs October 14, 2025, on AMC+, with subsequent episodes premiering weekly through November 4, 2025.
