It doesn’t save my opened tabs as a long, chaotic list that’s difficult to browse through. Rather, it allows me to organize my tabs into dedicated workspaces. Essentially, I get a mini-desktop for each of my projects.
Earlier, when I was working on multiple things at once, like drafting an article, researching the latest tech trends, and finalizing my hotel bookings, my browser was cluttered with dozens of tabs. This declutters my working space, while giving me peace of mind that I always have important tabs at my fingertips. I can also add notes and tasks to my workspaces.

I can add Google Docs, Notion, Asana, Slack, Trello, Todoist, Canva, and other apps to my workspace without opening them in tabs. It is free to download and use, and also offers subscription plans for individuals (Pro), a group (Team), and an organization (Enterprise). The free accounts are free forever, not just trials or limited-time use. In fact, the free plan is sufficient for most users.
The free version offers a full tab manager and lets you create up to five workspaces. You can add unlimited content, including docs, links, notes, and tasks, to a workspace. The free version also allows you to collaborate on spaces with other free users and integrate with cloud-based apps. It automatically saves your open tabs and syncs your workspaces across your devices. If you work solo or have a light workflow, you’d rarely feel the need for a paid version.
On the other hand, the Pro version offers unlimited workspaces, along with priority support and 90-day session backups. It also provides additional integrations, robust sharing and collaboration tools, space templates, and other premium features. The Pro plan starts at $7, and the Team version will cost you $8. You can also contact the sales team for an Enterprise version quote. If you have complex workflows or often collaborate with your team, the paid version can add a lot of value.
